Changing FMS hardware

Hello,

I am going to be migrating my FMS to new hardware in the next few weeks. The DB is running on SQL Server 2008, which is on the same box as FMS. What is the best way to accomplish this? Any best practices or gotcha's to watch out for would be much appreciated. I did a quick search on the support page but I didn't see any offical documentation.
