Keep alarming until the severity becomes normal

This is regarding Spotlight on SQL Severer version  9.2

I have configured 'Databases - Data File Group Space Used' alarm to send an email when severity is Medium or greater. The schedule for collecting the alarm information is at its default 5 minutes. I expected SoSE to keep sending email every 5 minutes until the alarm condition is returned to normal. However I receive just one email. How do I control the frequency of email notification when the alarm condition is still at its severity level and has not returned to normal.
